Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major digital modernization initiative focused on replacing legacy business systems and improving service delivery through modern technology solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in requirements gathering, business process transformation, testing, data migration activities, stakeholder engagement, and change management within an agile project environment.
Working closely with project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts, the Senior Business Analyst will:
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, process models, and functional requirements.
- Validate proposed solution designs from a business perspective.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and document business processes and workflows.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support business process redesign and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes and operational improvements.
- Develop documentation to support new business workflows and procedures.
- Support data migration planning and execution activities.
- Assist with data cleansing, mapping, validation, and conversion efforts.
- Identify data gaps and define migration rules and requirements.
- Support system configuration activities and user security setup.
- Develop test plans, test strategies, and test cases.
- Execute functional testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Track, prioritize, and document defects.
- Work with technical teams to ensure business requirements are successfully delivered.
- Support organizational change activities related to system implementation.
- Assist in developing training materials and user guides.
- Facilitate end-user training and knowledge transfer activities.
