We are seeking a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to support the design, assessment, and implementation of secure identity, authentication, and clinical access solutions within a complex healthcare technology environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and architecture expertise for IAM initiatives, including single sign-on (SSO), federation, multi-factor authentication (MFA), context management, and clinical application integration. Responsibilities include evaluating existing environments, developing solution designs and implementation strategies, collaborating with clinical and technical stakeholders, supporting interoperability initiatives, conducting technical assessments and proof-of-concepts, and contributing to deployment planning, operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and ongoing optimization of identity and access management capabilities across healthcare systems.
